Contact flow should be at slow and super-slow speeds with the remaining portion at medium speed.

NOTE: It is not important (in fact it's counter-productive) to try and "beat-up on" or dominate your partner to show your skill. We will not evaluate high speed contact flow videos (except with special pre-approval) and using force against your training partner is forbidden as it is both dangerous and unnecessary.
